With over 24 years of experience working in healthcare, 14years as a psychiatric nurse and over 16years as an Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I’ve dedicated my practice to empowering others toward vibrant health and wellness.

I now specialise in women’s health and fertility treatment. I provide personalised acupuncture treatments that address hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, and infertility acupuncture for both men and women. From pregnancy support to navigating the transition into peri-menopause and menopause, I’m here for you every step of the way💫 I also support men and women suffering from burnout, chronic stress, anxiety and pain management. Alongside my acupuncture practice, I opened The Wellness Hub in March 2022. This vibrant space is home to Paula Duffin Acupuncture, offering nine treatment rooms where we provide a wide range of services with excellent therapists.💆‍♀️ I am also the franchise owner for the Wexford Motivation Weight Management clinic, which is based right here at The Wellness Hub. I offer a holistic approach to acupuncture and wellness.
